SPIAL WILY air/oil lubrication unit using compressed air as the main power, modular design, is a high cost-effective lubrication products for high-speed spindle application. It provide reliable lubrication, cooling and protection for bearings.

The SPIAL WILY air/oil lubrication unit adopts a modular structure to supply oil 1 to 8 points seperated. Each outlet can be adjusted between 1.80-39.0mm3 as required per bearing. Set the oil interval with timer to ensure the independent oil supply.

SPIAL WILY air/oil lubrication unit equipped with a pressure switcher for alarming when air supply pressure is insufficient. In addition, the air/oil outlet filtration equipped 3 microns filter to ensure the inside cleanliness of spindle.
